Qi and Tea: Skill Intensive
Join this monthly class to focus on details of a specific skill set or classic principal of your Qigong practice. Begin the session by sharing a cup of tea (served Gong Fu-style) to help awaken and circulate
the Qi. Then, allow me to explore the art and craft of Qigong on a deeper level as we engage in practice with refined focus and perspective.

March 29 – What is meant by, “Meditation in Motion?”

About your instructor:
Anna M. Pergola has taught Qigong for over 30 years in private studios, community recreation
centers and worksite wellness programs. She has worked for the Colorado Department of
Public Health and Environment and The Consortium for Older Adult Wellness where she
facilitated falls prevention training using an evidence-based Taiji Quan (Tai Chi) protocol. She is
also experienced in partnering with licensed behavioral therapists, offering Qigong as part of
integrative programs in the areas of addiction recovery, emotional regulation, and stress
management. In addition to her Qigong practice, Anna also hosts custom-designed tea tasting
events, offering enlightenment in a cup and a heightened appreciation of world tea culture.
