Yoga for New Moms
Calling all Postpartum Mamas! Time to care for your body beyond delivery. Postpartum yoga is a gentle style of yoga that addresses the physical, mental and emotional challenges of being a new mother, as well as the changes to our bodies after pregnancy.
Yoga poses focus on helping new mothers find connection and movement with their body, regain strength and relieve stress. This class is just for mother’s (no babies) who have been cleared by their doctor to do exercise up to 6 months postpartum. You will be coached to take this routine home for continued self-care and increasing strength…plus meet other new moms!
