New Moon New Light Yoga and Meditation
In preparation for the New Moon and the coming Spring Equinox, we will move together through a one-hour yoga practice, followed by a 30-minute meditation. As we transition from the stillness of quiet winter into the subtle energy shift of spring, you’ll be invited to gently reawaken your spirit and body.
We’ll begin with grounding, yin-inspired postures held a little longer, creating space to soften, release, and listen inward. Through intentional breathwork and mindful movement, we will work toward letting go of chapters that feel complete. In community we will honor the closing of one season before stepping into the next. This practice offers choice and spaciousness, inviting you to participate in ways that feel supportive and safe for your nervous system.
From that place of spaciousness, the body will gradually move, warm and awaken, building just enough energy to sense the promise of spring emerging. We will then receive guided meditation – “Turning towards Joy” – to welcome a natural state of bliss as you move through your days!
