Meditation and Summer Solstice Lanterns

Join our Energy Therapist, Jamie, for a de-“light”-ful afternoon creating a beautiful and unique summer Solstice Lantern.  Our afternoon will start off with a centering and rejuvenating guided meditation, followed by tea and guidance in learning to create a beautiful lantern with delicate dried flowers and leaves!
