Tracy is a passionate bodyworker who has been helping people feel the best they can for over 20 years.  She uses a mix of neuromuscular, deep tissue, Swedish and other massage techniques in an intuitive and collaborative way to help transform your tight spots into ones that flow. She will share her findings with you and provide a plan to continue your healing between sessions.  Tracy is inspired by nature-flowers and trees, by the hum of bees and calls of birds, by animals of all kinds; by music, and by the kindness and joy that lives in people’s hearts. Heart connections with animals and people are what make this life worth living!

Tracy Schmidt is a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist. She received her training at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, and graduated the 680 hour program covering all essential massage modalities.  Most recently, Tracy received her certification as a Trauma Touch Therapist from the Colorado School of Healing Arts. She is an insured practitioner through Beauty and Bodywork Insurance.

"Boundless is absolutely wonderful! I did a massage with Tracy, and it was by far the best massage I've ever received. The therapists here are great about working with your goals and adapting the style of massage and technique to what you need and what they decipher from working with you. It's actually adaptive, not just a massage where you say you want more work on a certain area and they just spend 5 more minutes doing Swedish there. Highly recommend, and will be back!" - Merritt C.

Kate Neufeld

(She/Her)

Licensed Massage Therapist

Schedule with Karrin

Kate has been a massage therapist for over 25 years. She loves what she does and feels it’s more of a calling than a job. Her massages are a fusion style of all that she has learned over the years from schooling and of course, her clients. She creates a mix of Swedish, deep tissue, Chinese acupressure points with a little tuina thrown in to help the body heal.

She originally graduated from I.P.S.B. in San Diego, California, and in 2018 went through another program at East-West Healing Arts in Madison, Wisconsin, to learn Asian modalities and philosophies.

She is passionate about nutrition and feeding the body well. In her free time, she's either taking a yoga class, hiking in our beautiful Colorado landscape or spending time with her son and dog.
