FREE – Tai Chi and Qigong Introduction

In March, Boundless Body & Wellness will offer two new weekly classes on Mondays – Taiji Quan (T’ai Chi) Beginning Foundations and Qigong Foundations. Come to this free session to discover which
experience is right for you. (Yes! You may enroll in both classes.)

In this fun and informative workshop, you will,
• Meet your instructor, Anna Pergola, and get answers to your questions regarding the classes.
• Learn the differences and similarities between T’ai Chi and Qigong.
• Sample different forms from both disciplines and learn a short “take-home set” to
practice regularly.

In our Mondays Tai Chi class – you will learn a simplified 8-form set of movements based upon the principals of Yang style T’ai Chi. Additional movements (forms) will gradually be added as we explore the popular Yang Style 24 Form T’ai Chi practice. Learn more here.

Mondays Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) class is a practice rooted in Chinese philosophy and energy medicine. Practice synthesizes gentle, flowing movements, rooted postures, relaxed breathing, and a tranquil mind. Learn more here.

She is an insured practitioner through Beauty and Bodywork Insurance.

"Boundless is absolutely wonderful! I did a massage with Tracy, and it was by far the best massage I've ever received. The therapists here are great about working with your goals and adapting the style of massage and technique to what you need and what they decipher from working with you. It's actually adaptive, not just a massage where you say you want more work on a certain area and they just spend 5 more minutes doing Swedish there. Highly recommend, and will be back!" - Merritt C.
