Flower Moon: A Full Moon Yin Practice
Join us for a special evening of Yin yoga, introspection, and meditation under May’s first Full Moon, traditionally known as the Flower Moon.
This Full Moon serves as a guide for sowing seeds, inviting us to reflect on what we wish to nurture and grow in the coming season. This offering includes one hour of Yin yoga designed to gently open the body through longer-held postures and slow, intentional transitions focusing on feeling release rather than building energy. These extended holds create space for reflection, emotional clarity, and nervous system regulation.
May also brings a rare double moon month, making this first Full Moon part of a powerful cycle centered on expansion and change. Perfect for a half-hour “Cultivating and Expanding Self-care Meditation” to close out the evening. Together, we will explore what you are ready to plant – prepare to bloom!
