I’m a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC) and a certified MB-EAT (Mindful-Based Eating Awareness) Instructor—a practice rooted in awareness and curiosity, not diet rules.
I hold specialized certifications in Stress, Sleep & Recovery and Advanced Change Psychology from Precision Nutrition—so your path isn’t just guided—it’s grounded in science-backed insight. I’m also Positive Intelligence trained, helping you shift internal saboteurs into supportive allies. This insight gives you the ability to change and the drive to succeed!

Health Coaches have a vast knowledge of diet, lifestyle and nutrition along with tools to support motivational and behavior changes. We are facilitators and partners. We are a source of information and a launch-pad for transformation!

You’ll work for 90 or 120 minutes, starting with a health coaching session to amp up your health mindset. We’ll identify your barriers and set ideal goals that benefit your health.
