Yoga for Core Strength
Join us for a yoga experience designed to improve the strength in your abs and back. In this workshop, you will learn yoga postures which can activate the energy, growth, and strength in your core helping to relieve back pain, improve posture, improve balance, and more!
Our class will be an engaging yoga class while also guiding you through self-care techniques to continue your practice at home. Leave class with a stronger core, home-care worksheets and a yoga block.
