Prenatal yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.
This is a 5-week series as poses and lessons will offer support as baby grows.
$100 for the series, or $25 per class. ***Please be sure to complete the intake form when the welcome email is received to select class series or individual class. Price will be adjusted after booking.
