What a wonderful way to care for you body beyond delivery. Postpartum yoga is a gentle style of yoga that addresses the physical, mental and emotional challenges of being a new mother, as well as the changes to our bodies after pregnancy.
Yoga poses focus on helping new mothers find connection with their body, regain strength and relieve stress. This class is just for mother’s (no babies) who have been cleared by their doctor to do exercise up to 6 months postpartum.
$100 for the series, or $25 per class. ***Please be sure to complete the intake form when the welcome email is received to select class series or individual class. Price will be adjusted after booking.
