Meditation to Ease Anxiety
In many ways, anxiety is overactive energy in the body. But energy can change and the great news? – Breathe is energy…and breathe is accessible anytime and anywhere! By working with the breathe, Amber will help guide you into a calmer state of energy. You will learn techniques for breathing that calms the nervous system and creates a safe space for your mind and body.
Class will include instruction and time for a guided meditation session. This class is best for those with at least a little experience in meditation, but those interested in trying for the first time are welcome (amber will help!). Bring a friend and enjoy the added benefit of connection!
Wear comfortable clothes. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, and blanket but these items will be provided.
