Tracy Schmidt

(She/Her)

Licensed Massage Therapist

Schedule with Tracy

Tracy is a passionate bodyworker who has been helping people feel the best they can for over 20 years.  She uses a mix of neuromuscular, deep tissue, Swedish and other massage techniques in an intuitive and collaborative way to help transform your tight spots into ones that flow. She will share her findings with you and provide a plan to continue your healing between sessions.  Tracy is inspired by nature-flowers and trees, by the hum of bees and calls of birds, by animals of all kinds; by music, and by the kindness and joy that lives in people’s hearts. Heart connections with animals and people are what make this life worth living!

Tracy Schmidt is a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist. She received her training at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, and graduated the 680 hour program covering all essential massage modalities.  Most recently, Tracy received her certification as a Trauma Touch Therapist from the Colorado School of Healing Arts. She is an insured practitioner through Beauty and Bodywork Insurance.

"Boundless is absolutely wonderful! I did a massage with Tracy, and it was by far the best massage I've ever received. The therapists here are great about working with your goals and adapting the style of massage and technique to what you need and what they decipher from working with you. It's actually adaptive, not just a massage where you say you want more work on a certain area and they just spend 5 more minutes doing Swedish there. Highly recommend, and will be back!" - Merritt C.

Autumn Miller

(She/Her)

Licensed Massage Therapist

Schedule with Autumn

Autumn has practiced massage for the past 7 years, specializing in therapeutic deep tissue massage. She uses a blend of techniques, including trigger point therapy, neuromuscular work, swedish, and hot stones. She is passionate about working with clients to achieve their wellness goals and finding personalized self-care practices for each individual’s unique needs.

Autumn received her massage training at the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, CO, where she completed 600 hours of training before becoming licensed. She also received her BA and BS at Western Colorado University in Gunnison Colorado.

"Autumn is amazing, only massage therapist I will see from now on. I have seen many massage therapists in the area since I grew up in Arvada and she is by far the best." - Aly
