
Mid-day Reset Yoga
Join us for a mid-day break to reset and recharge! The beginning of the week can be hectic and overwhelming, so take this opportunity to give your nervous system a well-deserved rest. This slower flow class will incorporate some yin postures, allowing your body time to rest and rejuvenate for the rest of the work week. All levels are welcome, plenty of options for modifications will be provided to accommodate all levels.Â
