Qigong Foundations
Build your foundational knowledge of Qigong as we learn movements associated with ancient
and modern forms. Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is a practice rooted in Chinese
philosophy and energy medicine. Practice synthesizes gentle, flowing movements, rooted
postures, relaxed breathing, and a tranquil mind. Regular practice may assist with stress
management, increased energy, enhanced creativity, and improved balance. Class content is
appropriate for beginning and intermediate Qigong students.
